Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms reflect the policies of each supplier alongside our own service guidelines. Please review these terms before confirming any booking.

Private Villa Rentals

Notice Period Refund
More than 60 days before arrivalFull refund, less the SOLÉA Private service fee

Peak season bookings (July, August, New Year) may carry stricter terms, communicated at the time of reservation.

Yacht Charter

Aviation, Experiences & Service Fee

Air charter cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable; full operator terms are provided at booking. Restaurant, event and experience reservations require at least 48 hours' notice — late cancellations may incur venue charges passed to the client.

The SOLÉA Private service fee is non-refundable once arrangements have commenced, regardless of whether the underlying booking is cancelled. In force majeure situations, we will work to reschedule or recover costs; refunds remain subject to each supplier's policy.

How to Cancel & Contact

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to concierge@soleaprivate.com. The cancellation date is the date written notice is received. For urgent matters, call +971 50 427 2647.
